Why We Built This Site
South Carolina gives the public access to many court and government records, but the Darlington County record map is not a single counter. Circuit Court and Family Court records run through the Clerk of Court at 110 North Main Street. Probate Court is at 1 Public Square, Room 404. Magistrate Court, Municipal Courts, the Sheriff's Office, the W. Glenn Campbell Detention Center, and statewide Judicial Branch tools each handle different record types.
